Since I haven’t posted anything in quite awhile, I thought I would show you what I’ve been working on. Over the past few years, I’ve progressively become more and more invested in gardening, and after last year’s debacle of slugs and plants that just would not flower, I knew I had to find a new spot and do things entirely differently. When I began this area was practically in the woods and was covered in these awful shallow rooted vine plants. I’ve only planted about half of what I have to transplant into the space, but it’s really beginning to come together. Hope you enjoy!

Made a cowl for my auntie. She sent me a gift certificate for yarn on my birthday, so I knew what to use it for. (Sylvia eyelet cowl on ravelry) Also, I’d definitely keep it if this look were just a little bit more socially acceptable.
Note: the contemplative look is me trying to make both myself and the cowl look normal on one another.

I finished my argyle the other day, but was hesitant to put it on here because I screwed it up real bad.  I didn’t do my colors correctly and the pattern has no stretch, so it’s like a kid’s size/dumb looking.

Argyle plagues me.

Someday, somewhere - anywhere, unfailingly, you’ll find yourself, and that, and only that, can be the happiest or bitterest hour of your life.

The color of my next project shall sit in this cup until I have made progress on my thesis. At least it’s really pretty to look at, I guess.

With and without a flash didn’t quite look right, so use your imagination to find the in-between.

Hadn’t made anything in awhile, so I knit this hat the past couple days. Now it’s time to do school work, sadly. No more knit for while.
